When/Where: Fed 17, 2024 | MANBONE XC Waterloo, AL 35677 <- click here for google maps Take Hwy 20 through Florence towards Tenn. Turn left on Co Rd 126. Turn left on Co Rd 1. Turn Right on Co Rd 90. Manbone Road will be on your right. There is a bridge with a 13′ 9″ clearance as you turn onto 20. There is a sign for a 6,000 lb. bridge right before you get to the property but you are fine to drive across it in your RV. We need everyone to make sure you have one Mototally transponder on your helmet. Everyone must have a SECCA provided helmet sticker on the left side of your helmet. We have to be able to see the sticker at scoring and on the trail. YOU MUST REQUEST NUMBER AND MEMBERSHIP ONLINE. All racers must bring their helmet to signup.
All helmets must be brought to sign up at Round 1 to check transponder.
Pit Riding: Pit riding is not allowed for anyone under 16 years old. Adults pit riding must be idle speed. Once your kids are done with their race their bikes need to stay at the trailer. SxS’s are allowed to be operated by adults but NOT cross the track at ANY time. Kids found riding after the race are subject to disqualification or penalty to them or their parent.

Course: Adult Approx. 8.75 miles, Youth 4 miles Peewee – 1.5 mile
Awards: Top 5 to Kids, Girls, Schoolboy, Junior, and 250 C. All other classes are top 3.
Registration: All racers must bring their helmet to signup. Online Registration is open to members who already have a properly working transponder. Please double check your helmet sticker and make sure you only have your SECCA # on the left side of the helmet (We have seen some helmets with wrong stickers or multiple numbers on the side.) On race day we will have it separated by Pre-Entry and Race Day Sign up. If you register online you do not need to fill out another paper at the race and your name will be on the waiver at the Pre-Entry table. Be sure to complete the online entry and receive your confirmation email. Bring your helmet to signup to show you have a transponder and proper sticker. If time allows we will open up Friday evening for registration as well.
Riders who register online please come during these times unless you are signing for you and your kid. Kids 7:30-9:00 Adults 9:00-12:00 Beginner class reminders! Riders are allowed 2 podium finishes or 1 win before advancement. Class is at promoter’s discretion. We will force you to move up if necessary. NO POINTS AWARDED.
Camping: Camping is welcome but pit riding is off limits after 8 pm. Parents please help us control this on Friday Nights.
Reminders for race and season!
- – Any E5 bike in 50cc 4-6 must have 10” front wheel and lowered. No SX50s
- – 250cc bikes cannot ride in 251+ classes
- – Kids ages are as of January 1, 2024
- – Adult vet classes must be the age as if the race day (i.e. cannot be 29 and ride 30+. You have to be 30 on race day.)
- – Schoolboy is for C skill level riders
- – Junior is for more experienced riders. If we don’t get more signed up we may hold off on having Junior this season.
- – Premod and Vintage are in the AM race (approx 1 hour for vintage)
- – All racers must have a secca supplied helmet sticker and transponder. Please have transponders placed on helmet then programmed. If you already have a transponder please bring helmet to sign up.
- – All riders ages 19 and under must have a Minor Release form signed by both parents or one notarized prior to event and we will keep it on file.
- – If you have purchased a membership and it hasn’t been processed, it will tomorrow or Tuesday. You’ll get a confirmation email with the assigned number. Member Registration will shut off Wednesday.
